PHONOGRAPH (Colby, Wis.) 12/25/1919 Wolf, Clarabelle
(Marriage - 25 NOV 1919) Among the weddings
of Thanksgiving week was that of Miss Clarabelle Wolf, Mantua,
Ohio, to Mr. John P. Reeves of Colby, Wis., at St. Philemena's
Church in East Cleveland, Ohio, Tuesday evening, Nov. 25, 1919,
Rev. father Nash reading the marriage service. Supper was served
to the immediate relatives after the ceremony at the home of the
bride's aunt, Mrs. H. C. Kickheim, in Cleveland, the color scheme
being in pink and white. The bride wore a
gown of white jersey and pink brocade and a pink georgette hat to
match and carried a bouquet of bride's roses. Mrs. Charles Moore of
Cleveland, was maid of honor and was dressed in a gown of white
taffeta and carried Killarney roses. Mr. Bert Bryant, Cleveland,
acted as best man. The groom, or
"Jack," as he is familiarly known by all of his acquaintances, is
the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Reeves of this city (Colby, Wis.),
and is one of the most popular and well liked young men of this
community. His bride is a very pleasant and charming young lady and
during the short time she has been here has made many friends who
will join with all of us in wishing herself and husband a long life
of happiness. The young couple
arrived here about two weeks ago and will make their home in this
city, as Jack is associated with his father in the Colby Bottling
Works. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
