===========Obituary of Gregory Untiedt

Gregory Lee Gerald Untiedt, 47, Curtiss, died Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2003 at Saint Joseph's Hospital Emergency Room. Funeral services were held at 11:30 a.m., Friday, Oct. 11, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Colby. Burial was in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Town of Colby. The Rev. John Malik officiated. Pallbearers were Steve Untiedt, Joe Untiedt, Ken Milz, Bill Ewert, Jerome Untiedt, and Don Koerner. Honorary pallbearers were Paul Guilluam, Jeremy Schultz, Cory Hopperdietzel, Harry Untiedt, Mike Kassie, and Tom Kassie.

Greg Lee Gerald Untiedt was born April 8, 1956 in Marshfield to Lee and Viola (nee Krueger) Untiedt. He attended St. Mary's Catholic School and was a graduate of Colby High School. He married Phyllis Nunemaker on June 7, 1980, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Colby. They farmed together in the Town of Green Grove. He was a former supervisor in the Town of Green Grove and was currently its zoning administrator. His interests included being with his family, hunting, fishing, working in the woods, and horseback riding. He was a 4-H dairy leader, a member of FFA Alumni, a director of Green Grove Athletic Field, and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Untiedt, Curtiss; his children, Anthony Emil Untiedt, Curtiss, Angie Marie Untiedt, Curtiss, and Jeannie Kay Untiedt, Curtiss, and one brother Emil (Carol) Untiedt, Jr., Curtiss. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Community Funeral Home, Colby, assisted the family with arrangements.
