(1890? - 6 Feb 1920) Miss Martha
Cartwright of Spencer, Wis., died at the home of her cousin,
Charles Lau, in the town of Colby, Clark County, Wis., last Friday
afternoon at 3:30, of pneumonia after an illness of a few days. The young lady

recovery could be given and she passed away last Friday afternoon
at 3:30 o’clock. The remains were
placed in charge of Undertaker F. W. Lulloff and on Monday were
shipped to Spencer, accompanied by her mother, Mrs. Martin
Cartwright, who arrived here on the day her daughter’s death
occurred. The funeral was
held from the Methodist Church in Spencer, Wednesday, and the body
put in it’s resting place in the Spencer Cemetery. Deceased was 29
years of age and is survived by her mother, two brothers and three
sisters, all living on a farm about two miles east of Spencer. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
