Lehrmann, Emma (26 NOV 1867 - NOV 1921)
Mrs. Otto Lehrmann, formerly of Colby, Wis., died at Brooklyn, N.Y. from a complicated cancer growth affecting her liver and other vital organs. She never realized the serious nature of the disease and therefore she never made any complaints. During her 28 years in Colby, she has mad many friends who will be astonished at the sad news.
Mrs. Emma Lehrmann (nee Rathke) was born on the 26th days of Nov. 1867, at Danzig, Germany and came to this country with her parents at the age of 21. She was united in marriage with Otto Lehrmann, May 20, 1892, to which union was born 8 children, first two deceased infants. She leaves to mourn her loss, her husband and six children, Ella, Gertrude, Florence, George, Edward, and Marie, all of who were with her. Other surviving relatives are her brother Edward Rathke, Mayville, Wis. and sisters, Mrs. Mary Poths, Mrs. Jennie Bierbach, Mrs. Helen Wendler, and Miss Anna Rathke, all of Milwaukee, Wis.
