1856 - 22 Dec 1921) Mrs. Eva Radka,
who lived in Clark County, Wis. for many years, died at Stevens
Point Dec. 22, 1921, at 5 a.m., of Gall stone, after an illness of
one day. The deceased was
born in Germany, Sept. 24, 1856 and came to Clark County 40 years
ago. Mrs. Radka, a daughter of Lawrence Mengle, was married to Mr.
Herman Radka at Oconomowoc in 1874. Funeral services were held from
the home of Mrs. Fred Jones, Stevens Point, Rev. Barnes officiating
and from the German Lutheran Church, Curtiss, Clark County, Rev.
Behrendt officiating, and interment made in the Norwegian Lutheran
Cemetery. Besides her husband, eleven children mourn her loss,
namely, Mrs. Guy Stockwell, St. Paul, Mrs. Fred Jones, Stevens
Point, Mrs. T. Toterberg, Pretty Rock, N.D., Kate Nietzel, Curtiss,
Esther Radka, Pretty Rock, N.D., George Radka, Bowdie, S.D., Will
Radka, St. Paul, Glen Radka, Glen Haven, Wis., John Radka, Fargo,
N. D., Frank Radka, Owen, Wis., and Louis Radka, Loyal, Wis. Those present at
the fuenral from out of town were: Mr. and Mrs. Guy Stockwell, St.
Paul, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Radka, Owen, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Radka of
Loyal, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Jones and family of Stevens Point, Mrs.
John Jones, Owen, Mr. Glen Radka, Glen Haven and Mr. Bill Radka,
