(Marriage - 25 Feb 1920) Miss Hulda Neuhaus
and Mr. Edwin Strade, both of the town of Colby, Clark County,
Wis., were married at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Gerhard Neuhaus, at 2:30 o’clock Wednesday
afternoon, Feb. 25, 1920, the ceremony being performed by Rev.
Huenemann of Curtiss. The bride wore a
gown of white georgette crepe and the bridesmaid, Miss Hattie
Strade, a sister of the groom, was becomingly dressed in a gown of
light blue material. Mr. Richard Neuhaus, brother of the bride,
acted as best man. After the ceremony
a bountiful wedding dinner was served, the dining room being
tastefully decorated for the occasion. The young couple
are among the most popular of the community and have a host of
friends who will join with us in extending congratulations and best
wishes for their future happiness. They will make their home on the
Strade farm, which the groom has rented from his mother. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
