(17 Feb 1848 - 3 Mar 1923) Mrs. John Feala
died at her home early Saturday morning, March 3, 1923, after an
illness of four months. Her maiden name
was Josephine Mainetz AND SHE WAS BORN IN Bohemia, Feb. 17, 1848.
She was united in marriage to John Feada in 1870 and came to the U.
S. in 1875. They were
residents of Wisconsin for 48 years. After living on a farm in the
town of Holeton, Marathon Co. for 36 years, they moved to
Abbotsford in 1918. Funeral services
were held at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, the Rev. Father
Eisemann officiating. She leaves to
mourn her death a husband, three daughters, Mrs. John T. Flynn,
Mrs. Edward Beyers, and Mrs. Richard A Schade, and three sons,
Frank, Edward, John A., and two sisters, Mrs. Thomas B. Freckmann
and Mrs. John Kores of Milwaukee, and a brother, Frank Masinetz of
Chicago, twenty grandchildren and a host of friends. Those from out of
town attending the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. John T. Flynn of
Ashland, Wis., Kurt Beyereis of Wausau, Mrs. Thomas B. Freckmann
and Miss Josie Kores of Milwaukee, and John A. Feala of
