The Ladies’ Aid Society of the Pleasant Ridge M. E. Church wish us to express their thanks to Mr. Peter Johnson, of this city, for chairs kindly donated them for use in that church.

The postponed executor’s sale of the personal property of the late Mrs. E. A. Heslett will take place Saturday next, the 23rd, in front of the old livery barn, corner of Third and Main streets.

A Card I beg to inform my patrons sand the public generally that I now have on hand, of my own manufacture, several new brands of choice cigars, from which it will be found to their advantage to select for the trade on the coming Fourth of July. Jacob Rossman, Neillsville, Wis.
