On last Monday a drove of one hundred ad eleven head of cattle belonging D. J. Spaulding of Black River Falls, was driven through the city enroute to his farm in the vicinity of Greenwood.
Thieves tried to break into the house of J. Forster, the brewery man, last night.
Next Monday Dwight Roberts will add the restaurant to his grocery business, and he will serve oysters in every style.
