MAY 1866 - 22 Apr 1924) Mrs. George Thayer
who passed to her reward last Tuesday morning was laid to rest in
the Colby Cemetery last Thursday morning. Mary Bisonette was
born May 20, 1866 and died April 22, 1924 at the age of 57 years,
11 months and 2 days. On Nov. 30, 1884
she was united in marriage to George Thayer. To this union one
daughter was born, Eva May Thayer. Death overtook her on May 7,
1907 at the age of 17. Mrs. Thayer was
well liked in this community, having been one of the earliest
settlers in this village (Abbotsford, Wis.). Her friends and
neighbors mourn her loss and extend to her husband the kindest
sympathy. The funeral services were held at the Catholic Church on
Thursday morning of last week. The people
attending the funeral of Mrs. Thayer were: Mr. and Mrs. Lyon of
Fairmont, Minn., Mr. and Mrs. Frank Kolowrat and Mr. George Kelbel
of Kindall, Wis., Mrs. Wells, Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Thayer and Perry,
