Mrs. James Lynch is convalescing.
H. W. Deming is still unable to be out.
Herman Schuster is on the sick list being again attacked with malarial fever.
Miss Belle Chandler, of Pine Valley, with Miss Lulu Brown, visited our sanctum last Friday.
W. G. Austin, of Greenwood, attending court as a juryman, called last Friday. Mr. Austin has an interest in the stave mill at Greenwood.
T. D. Condit, of Pine Valley called on Saturday. He recently exchanged his farm for property in the city, where he will move in a few weeks.
A. Steinard, treasurer of the town of Colby, R. A. Burss, treasurer of the town of Thorp, and H. Sternitzky, treasurer of the town of York, were in the city yesterday to pay taxes collected, in to the county treasurer. We acknowledge a call from each.
