Phonograph (Colby, Wis.) 12/02/1926 Fisher, Harriet
(Marriage - 30 NOV 1926) A very pretty
wedding took place Tuesday, Nov. 30, 1926, when Miss Harriet L.
Fisher became the bride of Oscar Voelker, son of Mr. and Mrs.
August Voelker, at the home of the groom's parents, Rev. Rosenau
reading the marriage ceremony. Frances Fisher, sister of the bride,
acted as bridesmaid, and the groom was attended by his brother,
Roland Voelker. After the marriage
ceremony, the bridal party had their picture taken at the Lukowicz
studio. A wedding reception was given at the home of the groom's
parents. The couple will make their home on the groom's farm. The bride wore a
beautiful dress of blue crepe de chine and carried a bouquet of
sweet peas and roses. The bridesmaid wore a dress of blue georgette
and also carried a bouquet of sweet peas and roses. Both the bride and
groom are well and favorably known to people of Colby, Wis. and
vicinity and their many friends wish them a long and happy voyage
as they embark on life's voyage together. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
