(Marriage - 27 NOV 1928) Miss Ann Lukowicz,
daughter of Mrs. Leo Lukowicz, was married to Mr. Clement LaFond,
Tuesday, Nov. 27, 1928, at 7:00 a.m., at St. Luke's Church at Two
Rivers, Wis., Rev. C. V. Hugo officiating. Miss Margaret
LaFond acted as bridesmaid and the groom was attended by Mr. Aelred
LaFond. The bride wore a
beautiful dress of dark brown satin faced canton crepe with hat and
footwear to match, and carried a corsage of roses and sweet peas.
The bridesmaid wore a dress of brown canton crepe with hat and
footwear to match, and carried a corsage of roses and sweet
pears. A wedding
breakfast was served at the home of the groom's parents, after
which the newlyweds left on a wedding trip to Colby, Wis.,
Milwaukee, and Racine. They will be at home after Dec. 2nd, at 1004
18 St., Two Rivers, Wis., where the groom is employed as sales
foreman for the Wadhams Oil Co. The bride is one
of Colby's most popular girls and her many friends extend best
