(Marriage - 18 NOV 1929) A quiet but
beautiful double ring wedding took place at Rochester, Wis., Nov.
18, 1929, when Miss Lila Kage, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Kage of
Unity, Wis., became the bride of Edmund Rahn, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Ernest Rahn, town of Green Grove, Clark County, Wis., Rev. Winn
officiating. The bride wore a
pretty dress of Spanish wine crepe satin and had a beautiful basket
bouquet of carnations and ferns. The bride was given away by Meta
Bahn as Miss Eve Sheard sang the song of "I Love You Truly." Meta
Bahn acted as bridesmaid and wore a dress of copper crepe satin.
The groom was attended by Walter Bahn, his cousin. After the wedding
ceremony, a reception was given at the home of the groom's cousin.
The home was nicely decorated in rainbow colors for the occasion.
The guests that were present at the reception were Mr. and Mrs.
Enoch Hans, Mr. and Mrs. George Sheard and daughter, Eva. The young
couple will leave for Clark County Wednesday, Nov. 20th, where they
will make their future home. On the farm of the groom's
