A very pretty wedding took place on Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 22, 1914, when Mr. Ernest Schroeder of this city (Owen, Clark County, Wis.) and Miss Clara Rusch of Reseberg, Clark County, were united in marriage by Rev. Schwartzfeger at the German Lutheran Parsonage at Withee. The wedding was a very quiet one, only nearby relatives being present. Mr. Herman Awe acted as groomsman and Miss Mary Schroeder, a sister of the groom, acted as bridesmaid. Immediately after the ceremony the happy couple went to Reseberg, where they visited friends for several days. The newlyweds will be at home to their friends after Jan. 1st, in the rooms upstairs in the residence of Frank Christ.
