Hansen, Margarette (1902? - 8 Sep 1918)

Margarette Hansen, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Hansen, living six miles northwest of Withee, Clark County, Wis., passed away at the St. Joseph Hospital at Marshfield on Sunday morning following an operation, which was performed for abscess of the brain the morning before.

Miss Hansen, sixteen years old, was a student in the local high school last year and was obliged to leaves school before the term ended due to ill health, and since that time she has been constantly under the care of a physician. Miss Hansen made numerous school friends here and was well known by many, all of whom will deeply regret her early death. The beautiful floral offerings were an emblem of respect tendered her.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the home, Rev. W. H. Sargent officiating. Interment was made in Riverside Cemetery.
