Peterson, Ellen L. (SEP 1914 - 29 Mar 1919)

The home of Mr. and Mrs. George E. Peterson of Withee, Clark County, Wis. was saddened on Saturday, March 29, 1919, when the youngest daughter, Ellen Lucille, passed away at 3:45 o'clock with bronchial pneumonia. The little child had been sick for several days and at times seemed to be gaining her strength and then again a turn for the worse would leave her in a weakened conditions. The ever bearing strain proved too much for her little constitution and she passed away. She was a little child of many friends among her playmates, and after her death a beautiful bouquet of flowers was gotten for her by her little friends from money which they had collected. She was four and one-half years old. Funeral services were held at two o'clock, Rev. Crow, pastor of the M. E. Church, officiating. Interment was made in the riverside Cemetery. Mr. and Mrs. Peterson have the sympathy of a great number of friends and at Withee.
