ENTERPRISE (Owen, Clark County, Wis.) 07/19/1919 Bergstom, Charles
(1876? - 11 Jul 1919) Charles Bergstrom
was blown up by dynamite at Batsons Camp, north of this city (Owen,
Clark County, Wis.), Friday after noon of last week. He was working
with the explosive, and in some manner, which remains
unexplainable, he detonated the charge, resulting in his
instantaneous death. He was 33 years old, and is survived by no
living relative at present in this country. He was buried in
Riverside Cemetery, and the ceremony at which Rev. Fr. Reader
officiated, was attended by several woodsmen and an old pal of the
deceased person, Wm. Peterson. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
