Dr. Esch, who has become so well known in our city the past three years as a skillful Surgeon and Physician, has taken a partner in the person of Dr. Lyman, to assist him in his work. Dr. Lyman comes well recommended, and will undoubtedly prove himself a worthy and successful desciple of Esculapius. The office practice had become so large Dr. Esch found it impossible to attend to the calls made on him from outside.
Levi Archer had a large tumor cut out of the calf of his leg last Saturday. The operation was nicely performed by Drs. Esch and Lyman. Archer proved himself to be full of grit; he would nmot take anything to relieve the pain but told them to go ahead he could stand it if they could, and he did.
