Turville, Karen Marie (3 January 1981)
The Rev. Gary Clark of the Neillsville United Church of Christ officiated at the
Saturday mid-afternoon, January 3, wedding of Karen Marie Turville and Robert
Pryor. The nuptials were held at the Neillsville home of the bride’s
grandparents, Chester and Helena Turville.
Parents of the couple are Darlene Turville, Rt. 5 Neillsville, and Wayne
Turville of Tucson, Arizona, and Earl and Betty Dillenberg of Aurora, Illinois.
Parents of the bride presented her to her betrothed.
Serving as maid of honor was Sandy Kreitlow, a friend of the bride from
Neillsville. Bestman was Joe Kreitlow, a friend of the groom also from
Neillsville.
The bride chose a beige pants-suit with a navy cowl-neck blouse and wore a
corsage of coral roses with beige mums. Her attendant wore a navy blue and white
print pants-suit and a corsage like the bride’s. The groom was attired in a navy
blue leisure suit and best man wore a cranberry-colored leisure suit.
Following the wedding, a reception and dance was held at Turner’s Inn, rural
Neillsville.
The bride is a 1979 graduate of Neillsville High School. The groom is a 1977
graduate of Kaneland High School of Maple Park, Illinois, and is employed by
Short’s Fur Farm, Neillsville. They will make their home on Rt. 2 Neillsville.
