OWEN -- Katherine Schreiber, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. August (Eileen) Schreiber
of Owen, is the new Owen Junior Fair queen, Anna Lindgren, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Ron (Kathy) Lindgren of Owen, was named first runner-up. Second runner-up
is Kimberly Devine, daughter of David Devine of Owen and Susan Devine of Albany,
Oregon.
