Acting Governor Martin J. Schreiber today announced the appointment of Gene B.
Radcliff of Neillsville as District Attorney for Clark County.
Radcliffe, 26, replaces Clarence E. Gorsegner, who has resigned. Radcliffe will
serve until the November 1978 election.
Radcliffe has been assistant district attorney for Clark County since 1976. His
duties included investigating and prosecuting criminal and civil law violations.
He is a member of the American and Wisconsin Bar Associations, and also a member
of the National and Wisconsin District Attorneys’ Association.
Radcliffe is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and received
his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
