Bangle, James W. (Jan 1848 - 5 JUN 1921)
James W. Bangle, aged 73 years and five months, passed away at his home in this city (Owen, Clark County, Wis.) on Sunday evening of cancer of the stomach, after an illness of about six weeks. For the past ten days he was confined to his bed. He had been a resident of the city for about 12 years and was an employee of the John S. Owen Lumber Co. During his life here he made a large acquaintance of friends and was well liked by those who gained his friendship. He leaves to mourn a wife and three children, one son, George Bangle, and two daughters, Mrs. E. Banks and Mrs. George Schamberger, all of this city.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon at St. Katherine's Church, Rev. A. L. du Domaine officiating, and burial was made in the Riverside Cemetery.
The relatives and friends of the deceased have the heartfelt sympathy of a host of friends during their sad bereavement.
