GREENWOOD 

Miss Etta Alton is going to raffle her pony.

Jacob Kahn has gone home to Perrin, Ill., to spend the holidays.

Mrs. F. M. Taylor is dangerously ill with nervous prostration.

There is some talk of establishing a German school here.

It has become a fact that an excelsior factory will be established here in the spring.

A. N. Smith, of Belvidere, Ill., has been in the town the past week looking after the interests of his late father, J. N. Smith.

S. M. Paums has moved into his new residence, and thus ceases to be a renter.

Miss Emma Hendien had her arm scalded last week.

Misses Laura Mead and Blanche Gibson spent last week at Medford with Elsie Abbot, of that place.

Ed Dake, a former photographer, at Dorchester, was married Sunday, Dec. 3rd to Miss Alice Stephenson at her home in Medford.
