SUICIDE AT ABBOTSFORD A man named Schultz living near Abbotsford was found hanging to a tree, by a hunter last Monday. The hunter was attracted to the spot by the barking of his dog, and identified the suicide. Schultz had been hanging there for some weeks as he disappeared from home several weeks ago. Few particulars can be learned, but from indications surrounding the tree upon which Schultz was hanging, the suicide was deliberated planned. A handkerchief was tied over his face. Schultz had the reputation of being an odd sort of a character. (Marshfield Times)
