Eva Mae (Chandler) Cox SPENCER- Mrs. E. N. Cox, 84, Spencer died of complications Sunday morning at the Marathon County Hospital in Wausau.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Spencer Methodist Church. The Rev. R. James Hagen will officiate and burial will be made in the Greenwood Cemetery at Greenwood. The body will repose at the Jasperon Funeral Home from Tuesday noon.

The former Nettie Mae Chandler was born March 4, 1880, in Greenwood. Her marriage to William Eggett, who preceded her in death, took place in 1897 at Neillsville. December 26, 1907, she married Ephraim Cox, who survives her.

Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Eva Van Aernum, Salinas, California; Paul and Robert Eggett, of Spokane, Washington; and 20 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, a son, two sisters and three brothers.
