An auto accident on Highway 64, twelve miles west of Medford, Wis., Sunday afternoon, resulted in injuries to Henry Molstad of Withee, Clark County, Wis. and Miss Magga Schneider of Thorp, Clark County, and both are now confined to the hospital at Medford in a serious condition. The couple was driving down a hill at a high rate of speed when their front wheel struck a stone, throwing the car into the ditch and rolling it over three or four times. Owen touring parties were the first to arrive on the scene of the accident and they found both Mr. Molstad and Miss Schneider in an unconscious condition. Miss Schneider was laying on her back in the road, while Mr. Molstad was laying near the ditch and under the running board of the car. First aid was given them and they were taken to Medford, where they were place under the care of physicians in the hospital.

Mr. Molstad was injured about the head and face, suffering with a fractured skull and was also internally injured. Miss Schneider, upon examination under the X-ray was found to have a broken back and suffered injuries about the head. Miss Schneider died on Tuesday, and the body was taken to Thorp for burial.
