Hyatt, Malinda H. (18 Jan 1848 - Augl 1926)
Malinda H. Adams was born in Belleville, Ill., Jan 17, 1848. She was married to Mr. Bruner G. Hyatt, Jan. 1, 1866. Mr. Hyatt died eleven years ago.
Mr. and Mrs. Hyatt came to River Falls, Wis. about fifty-one years ago, and made their home here throughout the remainder of their days.
Mrs. Hyatt's last illness was brief, lasting only about ten days, while she was at the home of her daughter in St. Paul.
Mrs. Hyatt was of cheerful disposition, and her last request, that she have read to her the psalm, "The Lord is My Shehpard, I Shall Not Want," was typical of her truly Christian life and faith.
How sweet it is thus to sink to rest and leave an influence which abides as a benediction on friends and loved ones.
Mrs. Hyatt is survived by four children: Roy and Ray of this city, Mrs. John Servaty of Owen, Clark County, Wis., and Mrs. C. A. Price of St. Paul.
Six of her grandchildren, Albert Hyatt of this city, Lynn Servaty of Owen, Oliver, Martin and Dale Price of St. Paul, and Stanley Price of River Falls, were the pall bearers at the funeral, which was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Hyatt here Tuesday afternoon. Rev. G. A. Bird officiating.
