Durbin, Julia (1920? - 23 Mar 1927)
Julia Durbin, the six-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. E. Durbin, residing four miles northeast of the city (Owen, Clark County, Wis.), died Wednesday morning of scarlet fever, following a five day illness. Following the death of the child the home was placed under quarantine by the health authorities. She leaves to mourn, her parents, seven brothers and three sisters. Funeral services were conducted this afternoon at the grave, Rev. W. P. Powell of the Congregational Church officiating. The members of the family were not permitted to leave the home, the services being attended by two brothers who have been living in the city for the past several months, where they were employed. Burial took place in Riverside Cemetery.
