Peterson, Casper P. (1875? - 30 OCT 1927)
Casper P. Peterson, aged 52 years, died of heart failure at his home in Minot, N.D., Sunday morning, so a message read, which was received by his brother, E. M. Peterson, who resides four miles east of the city (Owen, Clark County, Wis.). Mr. Peterson has made his home in the west for the past thirty years, and leaves a wife and two sons and one daughter to mourn. For the past eighteen years he has been traveling salesman for the Minot Produce Co. Mr. Peterson was born on the farm east of this city fifty-two years ago, and for twenty-two years made it his home. He is survived by seven brothers and three sisters, Edwin M. Peterson of Curtiss, and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Peterson of Curtiss; Anton of Westfir, Ore.; William of Munroe, Wash.; Alfred of Los Angeles, Calif.; Peter of Spring Valley, Minn.; Mrs. J. T. Rice of Minneapolis; Mrs. John Harring, Foster, Ore.; and Lawrence of Indiana. Mrs. Charles Peterson and Edwin M. Peterson left Tuesday noon for Minot, to be present at the funeral.
