Thompson, J. B. (1850? - 29 Jan 1928)

J. B. Thompson, aged 77, a resident of the town of Hoard, Clark County, Wis., for the past ten years, died at his home ten miles northeast of the city suddenly Sunday evening. He had been in usual good health up until the time of his death. Mr. Thompson came here about ten years ago from Iowa, and settled on the farm where he resided. He leaves to mourn, a widow, two sons, John of Olgona, Iowa, James of Montana, and one daughter, Mrs. Lane of Plymouth, Iowa, all of who are here to attend the funeral.

Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at the home at 1 o'clock, and from the Lutheran Church at Curtiss at 1:30 o'clock, Rev. Hartman officiating. Burial will be made in Pine Hill Cemetery.
