Albert, Winona (Marriage - 9 JUN 1928)
A quiet wedding was solemnized at the parsonage of the Wis. Veterans Home, at Waupaca, Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, when the Rev. Earle read the ceremony making Miss Winona Albert and Mr. Carl Replogle man and wife. The young couple was attended by Miss Alice Albert, sister of the bride, and Mr. F. Herlin of Wild Rose, a close friend.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Albert of Withee, Clark County, Wis., and is one of the popular young ladies of the younger set. For the past two years she has successfully taught school at Hixton and there too, gained a large acquaintance who will wish for her a happy wedded life.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Replogle of Waupaca, former residents of Withee, and is now employed as a baker in the Veterans Home. He is a young man with a promising career, and will make good in the business world.
After a short wedding trip the young people will be at home to their friends in Waupaca.
