Jensen, Alma E. (Marriage - 30 JUN 1928)
The marriage of Miss Alma E. Jensen the daughter of Mr. Chris Jensen of Eau Claire, and Dr. Harris S. Kirkhoff of this city (Owen, Clark County, Wis.), took place in Minneapolis, Minn., Saturday, June 30, 1928, at 10 o'clock a.m. The ceremony was performed in the Chapel of Central Lutheran Church, Dr. Stun officiating.
The attendants were Mr. and Mrs. ? Fox of this city, who went to Minneapolis for the occasion.
Miss Jensen for the past few years has been an employed as drug clerk in the drug stores of Jensen Bros., Inc., operating stores in Eau Claire and ?, and previous to her residence in Eau Claire, she was a resident of Withee, Clark County, where she grew to womanhood. She received her education in Withee schools, and then completed her course in Pharmacy at Marquette University in Milwaukee.
Dr. Kirkhoff is one of the dentists of this city, establishing himself in business here about three years ago, and since then has enjoyed an excellent practice. He is a young man of fine character, prominent socially, and well liked by those who know him. He spent his boyhood growing up in Owen and attended school here.
Mr. and Mrs. Kirkhoff will make their home at Eau Claire After Aug. ?, where he will open dental office. His business here having been taken over by another dentist who will be in business at his location.
The best wishes for their continued success will go with Dr. and Mrs. Kirkhoff when they leave here for their new home.
