Skriever, Mrs. Nels (1870? - 14 Feb 1929)

Mrs. Nels Skriever, a resident of the town of Hixon, Clark County, Wis., died at the Luther Hospital in Eau Claire Thursday of last week, following a major operation, at which place she had gone five days before for medical attention. She had reached the age of fifty-eight years and had been a resident of the township for the past sixteen years.

Funeral services were conducted Monday from the Danish Lutheran Church at Withee, Rev. Petersen officiating, and burial took place in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Skriever was a well liked lady of the neighborhood and will be missed not only by her family, but by her numerous friends.
