The new Loyal Winter Carnival Queen is Jane McNeely, daughter of Vonnie McNeely. She was crowned Saturday evening during the dance at the Loyal Legion Hall. She is a sophomore at Loyal High School. First runner-up is Lynn Hebert, daughter of Vivian Hebert. Other candidates selected by their classmates were Anna Krahn, freshman; and Kari Lovstad, senior.
