Lelia Palmer died last Friday at the home of her parents of consumption at the age of nearly twenty four years. She was loved and respected by all who knew her, and lived a devoted Christian life. She bore her illness without complaint and when the end came she passed peacefully away resting in he savior. The funeral was held on Sunday in the M.E. Church, Rev. Ghormley conducted the sad rites. Interment took place in the York Center Cemetery. The sympathy of the community is extended to the bereft ones.
