Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday at the York Center Methodist Church for Mrs. Ed Voight, 76, Route 1, Neillsville who died Sunday at Memorial Hospital. The Rev. Conrad Michelson, Loyal, will officiate and burial will take place in the York Center Cemetery. Friends May call at the Georgas Funeral Home until 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, when the body will be taken to the church. Mrs. Voight, the former Ida Vandeberg, was born June 7, 1894, in the Town of York and was educated there, attending the Oriole School. She was married on October 21, 1914, to Ed Voight and they lived on the same farm for over 40 years. She was active in community affairs and was a member of the United Methodist Church, the Women's Society of Christian Service, the So and Sew Homemakers Club, and the York Community Club. Survivors include her husband, one daughter, Mrs. June Haines, Centerville, South Dakota; there sons, Mervin, Pico Rivera, California; Harvey, Round Lake, Illinois; and Lyle, Neillsville; one sister, Mrs. Charles (Ruth) Maegdefessel, Neillsville; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one infant daughter.
