Funeral services were conducted Thursday from the York Center Methodist Church for Bert Walker, 78, who died in Neillsville, January13. The Rev. Alfred Atwood officiated, with burial in the church cemetery. The Gilbertson Funeral Home made funeral arrangements. Mrs. Gilbert Ahlborn sang, "Abide With Me," and "Rock of Ages," accompanied at the piano by Mrs. Milford Rowe. Pallbearers were Milford Rowe, George Hales, Loren Hales, Emil Henninger, Ted Downer and Elmer Elmhorst. Those from away attending were: Mrs. Janet Rector, Highland Park, Illinois; Philip Haelen, Claredon Hills, Illinois; Mr. & Mrs. Philip Haehlen, Mr. & Mrs. Kenneth Stoper, Mrs. Howard Kerpestein and Donald Haehlen, all of West Allis; Mr. & Mrs. Kenneth Korn and Mr. & Mrs. Charles Korn of Wisconsin Rapids; Mrs. Casper Marty and Mr. & Mrs. Walter Sternitzky, Neillsville; E.
