Zingsheim, John (? - 15 Jan 1913)
John Zingsheim, one of the old settlers of the Fairview vicinity, died at his home in Fairchild, Eau Claire Co., Wis. at about three o'clock Wednesday afternoon of last week, and the funeral was held at the Catholic Church in Fairview Friday morning. The burial was in the cemetery at the church.
Mr. Zingsheim leaves a widow and nine sons and daughters to mourn his death. He was a native of Germany, and came to this country when a small child. His parents settled in Milwaukee, where he lived until 1870. In that year he was married and located on the farm in Fairview. There the family lived until seven years ago, when they moved into the village of Fairchild. He was 68 years of age.
