Members of Stan’s Vending bowling team and their spouses were entertained
Saturday evening at a Steak Fry at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Brux. Those
present were Mr. and Mrs. Richard Braun, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Moseley, Mr. and
Mrs. Jack Abel, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Carl, Thomas Abel and Vernon Mech.
Members of Immanuel United Church of Christ who attended the “confirmation
center” held Saturday at the First Presbyterian Church in Wausau were: Mr. and
Mrs. Calvin Awe, Mark Awe, Roger Kippenhan, George Kippenhan and the Rev.
Pacifico Camarin.
Mr. and Mrs. Walter Beyer of Neillsville and her sister, Mrs. Glen Drew, were
among the guests who helped James Turnquist celebrate his birthday Friday
evening at his home.
