Mr. and Mrs. Milton Hawley and son Wilbur spent Xmas at the home of the latter's
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Knoll Sr.
Mrs. Ida Harlow returned to her home at Medford Saturday after spending the past
month at her sister's, Mrs. Walter Swieso. Her father, Mr. Phillip White,
accompanied her home for a visit.
A Xmas program at the Lyon School was attended by a large crowd Friday evening.
Santa Claus was present, and after the program boxes of candy and presents were
distributed.
Miss Nina Castner, who is teaching the Braun Settlement School, is spending the
holidays with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Castner.
Mr. and Mrs. August Lemberg of Loyal spent Xmas at the latter's parents, Mr. and
Mrs. C.A. Corey.
Mrs. Ida Harlow and brother-in-law, Walter Swieso, visited at the Perry Palmer
and Sam Benedict home Friday afternoon.
Miss Dorothy Esselman returned home from Chicago Wednesday, where she has been
employed at a hospital for the past several months, and is spending the Xmas
holidays with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C.B. Esselman.
Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Lyon and family were dinner guests at the Clair Lyon home.
