Drew, Fred (Faces Charges - 26 Jan 1933)
Fred Drew, farmer west of this city (Greenwood, Clark Co., Wis.), was bound over
to circuit court for trial on a charge of making false financial statements to
obtain credit, when arraigned before Court Commissioner A.E. Dudley at
Neillsville Thursday.
The complaint against Drew charged that he had misrepresented his financial
situation in seeking to obtain credit from the Farmers & Merchants Bank, and
that this misrepresentation had resulted in a loss to the bank.
Drew waived preliminary examination and was released from custody under bond of
$500.
