Kaszubowski, Aleck P. (16 JUL 1883 - 4 SEP 1966)
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, Sept. 7th at St. Mary's Polish National
Catholic Church, Lublin, for Aleck P. Kaszubowski, 83, who passed away of old
age on Sunday, Sept. 4th, 1966 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Chippewa Falls. Father
Matthew Buba officiated at the ten a.m. service, and burial was made in the
parish cemetery.
Pallbearers were: Howard Ehlert, Ed Depa, Joe Kosiewicz, Stanley Blasczyk, Peter
Depa and Joe Zdrojkowski.
Mr. Kaszubowski, a retired farmer, was born July 16, 1883 in Poland. He came to
the states in 1885, residing in Chicago and later moved to the town of Taft in
Taylor County. He was united in marriage to Irene Cywinski Sept. 8, 1911, at
Lublin.
Surviving are his wife Irene' four sons, Alex of Superior, Stanleya dn Ted of
Thorp, Ed of Kenosha; one daughter, Irene of Chippewa Falls, three brothers,
Tony, Felix, and Jack, all of Chicago; six grandsons, eight granddaughters, and
one great granddaughter. He was preceded in death by one son, Victor, in 1945 in
World War II.
