Funeral services for Mrs. Anna K. Hennlich, 89, route 1, Dorchester, were held Monday, July 26, at St Louis’ Catholic church, Dorchester.  The Rev. Gerald Schuh officiated, and burial was made in the Dorchester Memorial cemetery.

Mrs. Hennlich died Friday, July 23, at the Clark county hospital, where she had been a patient for the past five months.

Anna K. Hennlich was born Anna Luechel in Austria Nov. 25, 1875.  She came to this country in 1897 and married William Hennlich in the same year at Dorchester.  Mr. Hennlich died in 1955.

Following their marriage, the Hennlichs lived at Glidden and then purchased a farm in the town of Holton, where they lived until 1942.  They then lived in Wausau for five years, after which they returned to the Dorchester area.  Mrs. Hennlich lived with her children following the death of her husband.

Survivors include four sons, William, Clearwater, Fla., Anton of Curtiss, Joseph, rural Dorchester, and Hans, Milwaukee; one daughter, Mrs. Jack (Gretchen) O’Connor of Cudahy; 24 grand children and 46 great grand children.  She was preceded in death by two daughters and a son.
