Henninger, Ferdinand (26 Oct 1908 - 20 July 1968)
Ferdinand R. Henninger, 59, of Marshfield, died of a heart attack at7:15 a.m.
Saturday, July 20, in St. Joseph's Hospital, where he had been a patient for the
past two weeks.
Services were conducted Monday at 10 a.m. at Faith Lutheran Church by Rev.
Walter Schultheiss. With burial in the Lutheran in Loyal.
Mr. Henninger was born October 26, 1908 at Spencer and received his education in
the Clark County schools. He later lived in Iowa where he farmed until 15 years
ago, when he moved to Loyal. He had been employed at Berg Barn Equipment until
five years ago when he retired due to poor health and came to Marshfield.
October 4, 1940 he married Ruth Robinson Levenhagen at Huxley, Ioa.
He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church and the Senior Citizens Club.
In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Norma Weller,
Marshfield; two sons, Gary Levenhagen, Two Rivers; and Eldon Henninger at home;
five brothers, John, Beloit; Oswald, Loyal; Emil. Granton; Adolph, Elgin, Iowa;
and Bernard, Marshfield; a sister, Miss Betty Henninger, Milwaukee and five
grandchildren
A brother preceded him in death.
