Vandeberg, Clarence (29 May 1905 - 18 July 1968)
Clarence Vandeberg, 63, Springfield, Oregon, a former resident of Loyal and
Neillsville, died of a heart attack Thursday evening, July 18, Springfield.
Services were held Monday at 2 p.m. in Springfield.
Mr. Vandeberg was born May 29, 1905 in Neillsville. His marriage to Naomi Durst
took place April 14, 1926, at Neillsville. After their marriage the couple lived
in Neillsville and Loyal area until 1952, when they moved to Oregon.
In addition to his wife he is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Emil (Alice)
Piper, Mulino, Oregon; Mrs. Donald (Jeanette) Will, Colby; Mrs. Harry (Roselyn)
Hansen, Withee; Mrs. James (Dorothy) Eckes, Marshfield; and Mrs. Floyd (Shirley)
Willhite, Coburg, Oregon; four sons, Verlyn, Portland, Oregon; Milford, address
unknown; Ivan, Springfield, Oregon; and Marvin, McConnell, Illinois; thirty
grandchildren; one great-grandchild and two brothers, Lawrence, Marshfield and
Merrill, Portland, Oregon.
