Mrs. A. Benedict has been on the sick list for some time.
Levi Palmer, of Hemlock, visited relatives in this vicinity the past week.
E. Weaver, the Loyal livery man, was seen in our midst Thursday.
A number of our farmers are hauling bolts to Loyal.
The roads are drifted badly in some places, hardly passable.
Quarterly meeting services were held in the F. M. Church Saturday and Sunday.
Some of our farmers are so anxious to get in their bolts that they drive four horse teams.
The Good Templars have chosen sides for a speaking contest, with Miss Josie Vick and Jesse Mortimer as captains.
School in District No. 4 will give an exhibition Friday evening Feb. 22. All kindly invited.
A certain young lady had a tip over Saturday evening and enjoyed a bath in the snow.
I. Fulwiler had a horse calked so bad Saturday that he was compelled to sew up the wound.
The Epworth League had charge of the meeting Sunday afternoon in place of Rev. Allen.
Willie Campbell is breaking a span of fractious colts.
