King’s couples of Immanuel United Methodist Church met recently at the Wayne
Booth home.
Mr. and Mrs. Russell Booth and family of Hancock drove to Marshfield to see the
centennial parade and were dinner guests at the Wayne Booth home.
Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Stump of Warsaw, In, former area residents who are
visiting the son, Keith and his family at Greenwood, were supper guests and
spend an evening recently with Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Booth.
Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Berger and family of Aurora, Il, returned home Sunday after
spending a vacation at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Verne Mortvedt, Sr.
The Mortvedts son, Verne, Jr. who had been home on military leave left Sunday
for Chicago to return from there to his duty in Germany.
