The Deborah Circle of the United Methodist Church met Monday evening at the home
of Mrs. Darwin Graves.
Mrs. Anna Hudec has been confined to Memorial Hospital for several weeks with a
broken ankle.
Weekend guests of Mrs. Marie Keller were her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and
Mrs. Harry Pankau, and daughters, Linda and Karen, and Miss Michelle Shott of
Oshkosh and another daughter, Miss Barbara Pankau, and Bruce Gurske, both
attending summer school at Stout State University.
Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Meier returned Sunday from DePere where they attended the
wedding of their son, David, and Miss Miriam Von Bergen. The Meiers were
accompanied by their daughter, Sally, who was maid of honor, and met by their
son, Tom, of Madison, who was bestman.
Odd Fellows and their wives and Rebekahs and their husbands are to meet Saturday
evening at the Odd Fellows Hall for their annual strawberry shortcake social.
Rebekahs are to bring the shortcake.
