Camp meeting begins next Monday.

George Brooks of Bakerville, was up on business last week.

The candy social last Wednesday was well attended and the program was fine.

Mr. and Mrs. Kissinger of Spokeville, visited Mrs. K’s parents last week.

In order to have something to talk about some people bring up stories of which anyone with common sense would feel ashamed.

Burt Lawrence visited relatives at Hemlock the past week.

John Vandeberg has raised his house preparatory to laying a wall under the same.

Chester Quackenboss transacted business at Loyal Wednesday.

The town will hold a special meeting Monday, June 17th, to elect a treasure and clerk.

Mrs. Grey and daughter of North Dakota, visited here last week.

A young blacksmith made his appearance at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Les Mack last Saturday.

Tom Galland and son and W. F. Bolton of Marshfield, visited relatives here the first part of the week.

Mrs. S. A. Adams is reported quite ill.

The M. E. Church was crowded to it utmost capacity last Sunday. People from Lynn, Loyal, Fremont and Granton were present to listen to the program, which was carried out by the children.

Harry Fox and Miss Florence Corzett were married last Monday by Rev. Foster, at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Corzett. Only near relatives were present. We extend our best wishes to the happy couple.

I. Fulwiler and wife were the guests of Joe Counsell and wife at Pleasant Ridge, Tuesday.

Perry Campbell had the misfortune to cut his foot very badly Tuesday morning.
